4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
5. Ship the product using the courier service or India Post specified by our support team.
6. Share the tracking details with us after shipping the return.

Return shipping costs will be borne by PuJoy Fashion when the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing product.

Customers must use a standard courier service and provide valid tracking details.

Return shipping charges will be reimbursed up to a reasonable standard amount.

PuJoy Fashion reserves the right to reject excessive or unreasonable shipping charges.

For returns approved for any other eligible reason, applicable return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

All returned products will be inspected after they are received.
