All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will be notified with the relevant shipping details and tracking information, where available.

We deliver across India through third-party courier partners and India Post. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but generally range between 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout. In certain cases, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers or minimum order value conditions.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. PuJoy Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving delivery issues.

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers are advised to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of order are accurate and complete. PuJoy Fashion shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

In case the package is returned to us due to reasons such as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any applicable refund in such cases may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

If you receive a damaged package, you are advised to report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence such as photos or an unboxing video. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
