Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs will be borne by PuJoy Fashion only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers must use a standard courier service and provide valid tracking details.
Shipping charges will be reimbursed up to a reasonable standard amount.
PuJoy Fashion reserves the right to reject excessive or unreasonable shipping costs.
In all other approved cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
